I can’t thank Penny enough, she not only helped me with all of my problems, but she also helped BOTH my children – aged 7 and 9. My 7 year old had trouble focusing on anything and was terribly accident-prone, however, after a few sessions with Penny, he was more focused and spent less time at A&E! My 9 year old daughter always seemed to be in a bad mood and woke unbelievably early in the morning, no matter what time she went to bed. Penny released some of the pent up tension in my daughter, and she became a “normal” stroppy 9 year old, who actually slept until 6.30 / 7am! Thanks Penny!!!

After suffering from severe lower back pain and Sciatica down both legs for several months, having tried several other complimentary therapies and the doctors suggestion of painkillers and rest I was desperate to find a pain solution. I contacted Penny by phone and had an appointment for the same day. I went in very sceptical as previous treatments by Osteopaths had left me black and blue and in worse pain. Penny immediately put me at ease and went through the treatments she uses. My first treatment worked absolute wonders. I was almost immediately pain free and able to move much more freely. I had a follow up treatment a week later and the progress was astounding. From being unable to drive a car for a couple of miles to going back to work as a full time PSV driver within 10 days of the 1st treatment. I cannot thank Penny enough for her fantastic gentle treatments that have allowed me to return to the job I love. We took J to see Penny when he was 4 weeks old and had been diagnosed with oesophageal reflux after a traumatic birth that had resulted in an emergency Caesarian section. He was extremely unsettled, screaming in pain after feeding and had very explosive nappies. It had been a stressful few weeks! Penny provided a calm and reassuring environment whilst treating J and even continued the sessions through breast feeds and periods of crying. We saw a definite improvement in the level of J’s discomfort from his reflux symptoms from the first session. We would recommend Penny to any families struggling with an unsettled baby. J is now so happy and calm and we are all getting much more sleep!
