Should I Put My Picture On My Website? – 02/04/2014

I am probably one of the most camera shy people ever – with this in mind, I refused to put a picture of myself on my Website. However, after having people say “Oh, so you‘re Forest Traders” and “It‘s nice to put a face to the name”, I realised that it was incredibly important for people to see a picture of me to know that I am genuine.

You can hire photographers to do professional head shots, you could take one yourself ‘in action’ or you could “photoshop” yourself into an appropriate banner, it is up to you.

Just remember your picture gives your potential customer their first impression of you before you even speak to them – so make it a good one!
